Micro-tubing for blown cable ducting
Tubescom es is a new brand dedicated to the production, in Spain, of microducts for blown cable ducting.
At Tubescom we manufacture different configurations but all of them have the same construction: Double walled pipes with microstriated and siliconized interior, grouped under an HDPE outer casing and copper identification wire when required.
The configuration and sections of the pipes, as well as their colours, are made to customer requirements.
- The microtubing is smaller and lighter than the traditional ones, which make it easier to transport, handle and install.
- Its small size allows the channelling in micro-trenches that can be executed quickly, with low visual impact and minimum disturbance to the population.
- The microducts are grouped under a single outer casing. Each microduct can be manufactured in a different colour to make it easier to identify the uses or operators that using them.
- The fibre cables are better protected from environmental factors such as moisture and mechanical damage. In the event of accidental damage to the microtubing by external agents, it is simple and quick to access and repair to minimise service interruptions.
